Management of Public Administrations and Private Companies (LM-77)

The curriculum in Management of Public Administrations and Private Companies is structured to train professionals who can hold roles of leadership, strategic governance, and operational management within public entities, state-owned enterprises, utilities, complex structures, and large private organizations.

Through a concrete and multidisciplinary approach, the course integrates legal-administrative, managerial, and accounting knowledge, with a particular focus on the modernization of Public Administration processes and the adoption of innovative management models.
